Michal’s practice focuses on tech-oriented corporate and commercial transactions, and she also guides her clients in complex IP transactions and employment matters. She has a diverse practice representing acquirers and targets in cross-border M&A transactions, as well as companies and investors in venture capital financings. Michal has experience in a broad range of industries including software and SaaS, social gaming, AI, robotics, medical devices and others.
